Returns & Exchanges Policy
Exchanges
At Luna Shapewear, we offer a 7 day exchange policy for most items, excluding underwear. To initiate an exchange, please contact us for detailed instructions. Note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees to and from our warehouse. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend returning multiple items in a single request and using the return label provided.
Returns
We accept returns within the United Kingdom for items reported as faulty. Each return will undergo a full investigation, and items may be rejected if we suspect the product has been tampered with in any way. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees to and from our warehouse for returns.
Inspection and Processing
All returned items will be physically inspected. For a return to pass inspection, the item must be in the same condition it was received. Items should show no signs of wear, odors, stains (such as glitter or oils), or dampness from sweat. If an item does not meet these conditions, a credit or replacement will not be issued and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to you.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Warranty: We offer a 14-day warranty for manufacturer defects or malfunctions of our Waist Trainer starting from the date of delivery. Report any defects or damages within 30 days to qualify for a replacement. Misuse or damage from abuse is not covered.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns or exchanges.
Order Processing: Once the checkout process is complete, order processing begins and refunds or cancellations are generally not permitted. In exceptional cases, store credit may be offered, but refunds on processed orders are not available.
